Participants have the potential to progress toward becoming NGP Riders for the main fund or the Next Gen Breeders Program.

Participants gain access to select professional development opportunities, normally reserved for NGP Riders, to sharpen their skills and knowledge across the industry.
Participants advance in the sport alongside a supportive cohort of peers while receiving mentorship from accomplished NGP Riders and the Next Gen Professionals Board.
Each rider has the opportunity to build a direct mentoring relationship with an established NGP Rider for guidance throughout their journey in the sport.
An age-appropriate educational curriculum teaches riders how to invest sustainably in their careers and plan for long-term success.
