Next Gen Breeders Program highlights the integration of elite breeding and Next Gen Professional’s performance-driven development ecosystem.
The objective of this initiative is to establish a structured, mutually beneficial partnership between NGP and leading North American breeders. This collaboration will align the objective of high-quality horse production with NGP’s pipeline of young talent. It will also provide oversight and guidance from a board of top-tier experts while leveraging a broad professional network to optimize the development, sales, and placement of North American breeder’s horses.
The issue in North America is not bloodlines, but rather the lack of infrastructure and structured development programs available to young horses.
Next Gen Breeders Program aims to drive industry-wide improvements by expanding training opportunities at show facilities, aligning development standards and course design for young horses, and hosting clinics focused on thoughtful, long-term development. Through a volume-based collaboration model, NGP applies its proven strategy to help lower the cost of production in North America while creating meaningful end jobs for horses of all abilities. By placing horses in programs that prioritize quality of life—from entry-level mounts to top Grand Prix competitors—and hosting auctions in partnership with established platforms, NGP supports North American breeders with early returns on their bloodlines and clear gateways into the sport.
